Unit for magnetic treatment
of water for watering of agricultural crops |

Irrigation of agricultural
crops with magnetic processed water increases their
resistance to diseases, stimulates their development,
increases quality of their production and increases
their yields. This electro-technology is from ecological
point of view pure, with low energy expendi-tures,
relative simple for exploitation after its introduction.
In Bulgaria, as result of long-term investigations
have been collected a significant experi-ence in
that area. Has been developed a variant of unit
for magnetic treatment of water ( U M O W ) on base
of permanents magnets. It is able to apply in fields
regions for irrigation of big fields by fur-rows
or through shrinking. Output of the unit and pressure
of water are conformable with parameters of sprinkling
units. From carried out till now experimental investigations
is ascertained, that by irrigation of agricultural
crops through sprinkling and trough gravitation
with magnetic processed water, yields are increasing
average with 10%.

Mechanized technology
and machine set for ecological potato production
for con-sumption and seed in mountain conditions
in farms of up to 10ha
Main principles involved in the offered mechanized
technology are:
Growing potato for consumption and seed on profiled
surface with a high degree of mechanization of the
technological process;
Growing potato for consumption and seed on profiled

technological process;
Using germinated seed material;
Providing optimal conditions for qualitative
potato planting and growing using combined weed
control - appropriate seed rotation, mechanical
weed elimination and contemporary pesti-cide spraying.
The offered technological set of specialized
machines is characterized with its qualitative operating
parameters, high manewrability and abilities to
operate under different soil and terrain conditions.
The offered machines have rationalized construction,
leading to increased exploita-tion parameters and
reduction of their production cost. Offered are
also operating tools for me-chanical weed control,
which will lead to reduced pesticide expenditures
and clearer production. The set of specialized machines
includes: Potato planter for germinated seed,
interrow cultivator, hatching sprayer, potato digger,
sorting machine.
The machines are attached to a tractor 30-45hp.
RILRAM is able to produce operating models of the
machines included into the technological set, providing
mechanized technology and technical documentation
of the machines. While preparing the machine set,
adjustments re-lated to the particular agricultural
conditions in India and the corresponding design
and techno-logical changes are possible.

Modul for Protection
The Modul for Protection is a low cost and a
safe method for river correction, for artificial
rivers' sill creation and protection of active zones.
It has two application methods:
1) For several schemes, where exist a correction
need - long-lasting construction can be made.
2) For temporary constructions.
In the first case, the dimensions of modules, thickness
of the walls and type of construction is a function
of the specific needs. According to the different
possibilities for construction, it can be chosen
a place for module preparing. Sometimes this place
can be situated on the constructive site (which
leads to reduction of the transportation costs)
depends on the specific local conditions.
In the second case, the Modules can be used for
temporary river diversion flume in front of a dam
or as a protection of a separate river coast area
against flooding.
In case of a temporary river diversion during the
building of dams, Modules for Protection could be
prepared directly on the construction site. They
could be used subsequently (as a second hand) as
filling material in the body of the dam, stabilizing
fill , toe drain, as protection against waves motion,
coast protection and etc.
It is necessary to qualify all risky sectors. The
necessity of the maximum elevation of the protection
zone can be determined by hydrological flood assessment.
The number of the protected sectors and the calculation
of the necessary number of Modules can define the
situation of the depots where the different Modules
will be stored. Depending on the needs they could
be installed by hand, by crane or helicopter. It
determines the installing and transport equipment
for action in emergency situation. If there arise
a potential threat then the Modules is driven and
installed according the requirements at the definite
moment. After the emergency and according the ecological
requirements, Modules for Protection can be removed
or left permanently. |

Technology: Drainage
and improvement of agricultural lands with excessively
damped and/or salted soils on the surface level |

The technology can be applied
for all agricultural lands where the excessive moisture
of the surface layer is of temporary or permanent
nature and is due to prolonged detention of the
emerging and collected surface water or it is due
to high subterranean water, as well others with
salted or endangered of salinity soils regardless
of the type and the degree of their saltiness.
With the application of the technology, suitable
conditions are created for agricultural crops and
all agricultural work can be completed in time.
In the same time, the ecological state-ment of the
area improves.

Technology: Micro-irrigation
of agricultural crops |

The technology of drop irrigation,
micro-raining and other methods of micro-irrigation
can be applied at plantations of perennial plants,
vegetables, flowers and other crops, cultivated
in lines. The method allows optimum moisture conditions
for the agricultural crops to be created at the
plant-root soil layer, crop yields to be increased
and the quality of the output to be im-proved, and
in the same time the water quantity is reduced and
the irrigation difficulties are diminished.

Software: Assessment and
design of a irrigation pipe network under pressure
- selec-tion of economically optimum diameters of
branched pipe network
The developed software selects economically
optimum diameters of branched pipe net-work. The
selection is made for the whole scale of pipes taking
in consideration their character-istics and final
cost (after the project implementation). The applied
methods of optimization are, as follows: i) Ive
Labby for the ordinary branched pipe networks for
irrigation; ii) linear programming - for complex
networks with a great number of irrigated areas
which are under variant versions of exploitation
systems.

Software: Analysis and
selection of working exploitation schemes for irrigation
sys-tem of water-pipe network under pressure
The method of the developed software analyzes
possible irrigation exploitation schemes which combine
different work conditions of applied irrigation
equipment. First, irrigation equipment with wrong
functioning is eliminated and then suitable for
the reality variants are selected on the basis of
given criteria. |
